123 W Main St Building Permit: Skylight replacement with fence
Kiel Thomson Company is replacing a same-size skylight at 123 W Main St for owner DTM Partnerships and will install a protective fence around the opening. The new skylight is 9'6" by 13'9" with an 8" side wall and 3' peak, aluminum frame (bronze or white baked-enamel), 7/8" double-paned glass with argon, a sleek flush-mount cap with no exposed hardware, double-hipped ends, rated for 45 lb/sqft snow and 125 mph winds with Low-E Solar Ban 70 for the roof, and is listed with an estimated cost of $168.
