212 EILER AVE building permit filed for commercial alteration and HVAC upgrades
Complete Mechanical Services, LLC is lined up to perform HVAC and chilled-water (CHW) upgrades at 212 Eiler Ave for owner Dawn Besco Inc. The commercial alteration includes structural steel and civil work to support a new chiller and air-handling unit, plus new piping and ductwork, with a project value estimated at $1.7 million.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
