13000 Middletown Industrial Blvd building permit for Renew Health fit-up
Lichtelfeld Inc. is handling an interior fit-up for RENEW Health & Wellness at 13000 Middletown Industrial Blvd on behalf of owner Lichtelfeld Development Trust. The one-story, 2,337-square-foot space will get flooring demo, removal and replacement of a few non-load-bearing walls with new metal-stud partitions, adjusted lighting and HVAC layouts, new flooring, paint, and new interior windows and doors, with the project estimated at $55,000.
