1600 Bernheim Ln 101 applied for building permit for tenant fit out

Bernheim Partners LLC is doing a tenant fit-up renovation on the first floor of Building C at 1600 Bernheim Ln, Suite 101 — a commercial alteration estimated at $150,000 to reconfigure the existing non-separated B/S-1 and A-2 occupancies.
