1100 Blue Heron Rd Building Permit: FFWQTC Office HVAC Replacement

Overflow Service LLC is replacing the office HVAC at 1100 Blue Heron Rd for owner Louisville & Jefferson County MSD, a commercial alteration estimated at $500,000. The one‑story, 1,600‑sq‑ft job will remove rooftop units and interior AHU components, install new packaged rooftop equipment, ductwork, hydronic and condensate piping, upgraded electrical feeders and controls, and clean/disinfect ducts that remain.
