9900 Shelbyville Rd building permit issued for shell-only prosthodontics office

Paradigm Construction Services filed an interior demo "shell-only" permit to prepare space for Charette Prosthodontics at 9900 Shelbyville Road, a property owned by 9900 East Jacobs & Anderson. The permit covers gutting 3,352 square feet (2,290 sq ft lower, 1,062 sq ft upper) of the former dental office in a two-story, non-sprinklered building with the project estimated at $600,000; this is a shell permit only and won't allow occupancy—separate permits will be required for the prosthodontics and implant dentistry build-out under KBC 2018.
