111 E KENTUCKY ST building permit for Heuser Hearing Institute renovation

Heuser Hearing Institute is getting an interior renovation in one of the three buildings on the property at 111 E Kentucky St (the institute’s assigned address is 117 E Kentucky St), which is owned by Louisville Deaf Oral School. The project, estimated at $2.25 million, includes new first- and second-floor restrooms, HVAC replacement, upgraded electrical and data systems, new structural support for the first-floor lobby and roof beam repairs, plus new millwork and finishes with only limited third-floor work and no exterior changes planned.
