Consumer Cellular is remodeling its tenant space at 4133 Shelbyville Rd with a full interior refresh. Owned by Richlaw LLC, the 3,392-square-foot, single-story space will get new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, interior partitions and doors, ceilings, finishes, lighting, updated restrooms and a kitchenette with a mop sink — a project estimated at $175,000.
