3265 Robin Rd Building Permit Submitted for Snack Shack Renovation (500 s.f.)
Audubon Country Club is refreshing its Snack Shack at 3265 Robin Rd. The 500 sq. ft. project, led by Realm Construction Company, will replace the porch roof and tweak kitchen equipment layout within the existing footprint, must meet 2018 KBC and ANSI A117.1 standards, and is estimated at $1.5 million — separate permits will be required for any additional work.
