7895 Dixie Hwy building permit for interior renovations to create party room
Owner King Robert W. Jr. plans to convert the existing patio at 7895 Dixie Highway (Pina Fiesta) into a party room by adding gypsum drywall, covering the west- and south-facing windows that front Dixie Highway, and replacing the exterior door with a storefront-style door. He’ll still use the restaurant entrance to serve food and drinks, no other work is planned beyond painting, and the project is estimated at $5,000.
