4301 E PAGES LN building permit submitted for Clubhouse renovations

Bobby Nichols Golf Course Clubhouse is getting a commercial overhaul at 4301 E Pages Ln, with Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government listed as the owner. The roughly $300,000 project will remove and replace two decks on the South and East facades, take out an exterior stair on the West side, pour new concrete footings, and add new stairs, ramps and decking up to the second story, while removing select first-floor windows and infilling them with 2-hour fire-rated construction as part of a first-floor interior renovation.
