Louisville Collegiate School is planning a big makeover at 2427 Glenmary Ave. The existing auditorium is set to become a theater space, with the front lobby and entry getting refreshed too.
It’s a hefty one, somewhere around $4.9 million. The city’s still reviewing it, so this one’s in the works, not signed off yet.
