7201 Outer Loop Building Permit Filed for Sun Valley Pool Replacement

Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government has submitted a building permit for the Sun Valley Pool Replacement Project at 7201 Outer Loop. The plan adds a new 1,700-square-foot, single-story entrance building with a ticketing office, covered entry, outdoor showers, two family-style restrooms, enclosure of the existing utility yard, and renovations to the existing guard room, with an estimated cost of $7,670,000. The permit is currently pending a parking lot-permit verification before it can be issued.
