8610 Dixie Hwy Building Permit: AL FORNO RESTAURANT adds south side patio

Al Forno Restaurant is planning an open-air patio addition on the south side of its building at 8610 Dixie Hwy to give patrons some extra seating. The project, owned by Patco Dixie LLC and managed by Stephen Hoard of Project Management & Design, LLC, is about 687 sq ft with an occupant load of 45 and an estimated cost of $8,000; note that a parking-lot permit must be verified before the building permit can be issued.
