615 MARRET AVE applied for a building permit to construct a warehouse addition
Deckel & Moneypenny Inc. is proposing a 38,436-square-foot, two-story warehouse addition at 615 Marret Ave that will add a loading dock and office area onto the existing warehouse and office building. The $7,000,000 project is designed by Carole Yocum of K. Norman Berry Associates, Architects, PLLC, includes an automatic sprinkler system, and is holding on verification of a parking lot permit before the building permit can be issued.
