A 122-year-old single-family house at 1525 Dumesnil St is slated to come down. It’s a land bank cleanup job, somewhere around $8,000, and the plan is to haul off the debris, then seed and straw the lot for erosion control.
It’s still in the works, so no wrecking just yet.
