A 4,930-square-foot building at 402 Maclean Ave is on the way out. Rezzar Demolition, LLC is lined up to take down the old place, which was built in 1920.
It’s still in the works, so this one isn’t a done deal yet. The price tag on the job is somewhere around $450,000.
