The wrecking permit is submitted (contractor listed as a Type B wrecking contractor), but several high-priority conditions are still pending — utility sign-offs from AT&T and LG&E, demolition photos and site plan, and a notarized demolition-notification affidavit — so the teardown won't start until those are cleared.
