Aesthetic Industrial Contracting Inc has filed a wrecking permit to perform an emergency city demolition at 2820 St Xavier St. Owner Rhodes Christopher Scott is listed, and the single-family, roughly 1,237-square-foot home (about 126 years old) will be cleared of debris and the lot seeded and strawed for erosion control with a project value estimated at $8,000; several required demolition forms and utility clearances (including AT&T and LG&E) are still pending.
