3217 Greenwood Ave applied for wrecking permit

Louisville & Jefferson County Landbank has submitted a wrecking permit to demolish the single-family house at 3217 Greenwood Ave. The 126-year-old, one-story (1,116 sq ft) structure is listed with an estimated project value of $38,340, but the permit is locked until seven required items are provided — including a demolition EPSC form, a notarized demolition-notification affidavit, a Lojic site plan, photos showing a yellow "Intent to Demolish" placard visible from the street, and utility sign-offs from AT&T and LG&E.
