Louisville and Jefferson County Land has submitted a wrecking permit to remove the single-family house at 230 S 25th St. Licensed professional Nicole Harris-Kirby is listed; the 99-year-old, 1,462 sq ft structure has an estimated project value of $14,240.

The application is currently locked pending seven required items — including an MSD EPSC form, a notarized demolition-notification affidavit, a Lojic site plan, photos showing a yellow "Intent to Demolish" placard, and utility sign-offs from AT&T and LG&E — so the teardown is on hold until those are filed.
