200 JUNEAU DR Demolition permit submitted

Mark Cain has applied to mechanically demolish the commercial structure at 200 Juneau Dr on behalf of owner Middletown Storage LLC, a roughly 36,000‑square‑foot, 50‑year‑old building. The Type B wrecking project is estimated at $125,000 and currently has several required items still pending — utility sign‑offs from LG&E and AT&T, demolition photos and placard, an MSD EPSC form, and a notarized demolition notification affidavit — before the city will clear the permit.
