Eric Hunter has submitted a wrecking permit to demolish an existing 30x40 pole barn at 7121 Lucille Ave. The job, estimated at $1,500, is still in the application stage and needs the usual pre-demo paperwork — MSD EPSC form, a notarized demolition notification affidavit, a Lojic site plan and photos (including a yellow "Intent to Demolish" placard visible from the street) — plus utility clearances from AT&T and LG&E before work can start.
