100 PLACE MONTPELLIER Building permit for 110 vendor tents (World Fest)

Rent and Rave Inc is setting up World Fest vendor tents at 100 Place Montpellier (lower level and Belvedere ramp), installing 110 tents — including 72 10x10s, 23 10x20s and several larger marquees — totaling 19,250 square feet. The tents (models 0002KTS and 0003KTS) are scheduled to go up Aug. 28 and come down Sept. 8, 2026; the permit notes eight exits, an estimated occupancy of 100, flame-resistant materials, and no cooking, electrical, or heating equipment on site, and the property owner is Parking Authority of River City Inc. A $950 fee was paid with the application.
