9400 MILL BROOK RD Tent Permit Issued for 30x60 Canopy

Rent and Rave Inc will erect a 30x60 (1,800 sq ft) open-sided canopy at 9400 Mill Brook Rd for the Young Mens Christian Association’s YMCA Mill Brook water park summer camp to shelter up to about 120 people from May 22 to August 6, 2026. The KTS Model 0002KTS tent will have no seating or sidewalls, must sit at least 20 feet from lot lines and vehicles, provide clearly marked exits and fire extinguishers, be flame-certified, and follow rules prohibiting combustible materials, smoking, fuel heaters, placement over hydrants, and blocking exits—separate permits are required for any electrical work.
