12800 DIXIE HWY Tent permit application submitted for River of Life Church

River of Life Full Gospel Church is applying for a tent permit for "Wildfire Encounter," a tent revival–style event at 12800 Dixie Hwy on property owned by James and Cynthia Kilgore.
