6745 Beulah Church Rd building permit for Kroger grand opening tent

Kroger is planning a grand opening celebration at 6745 Beulah Church Rd with a 30x30, 16-foot-high tent (no side walls) to be set up Nov. 3–4, 2025. Property owner Beulah Church Road LLC filed the permit with Rent and Rave Inc as the tent contractor; the setup lists a capacity of about 80 people, eight designated exits (each 15 feet), and no cooking, heating, or electrical equipment on site.
