Rent and Rave Inc. will set up a 20x40 frame tent for Christmas tree sales at 399 E Witherspoon St on property owned by Waterfront Development Corp. The 14-foot tent will sit 25' south of E Witherspoon and 25' west of S Preston St, hold about 40 people with two 10-foot exits, and will include exit signs, a fire extinguisher, no-smoking signage, and flame-resistant materials; setup is scheduled 11/11/2025 with takedown 12/18/2025.
