Frankfort Bistro at 1832 Frankfort Ave is getting a new type I hood, fan, factory-built grease duct, heated make-up air, and controls.
It’s all still in the works, but the kitchen setup is a decent-sized one, with the job carrying an estimated price tag of about $15,000. The fire suppression side already has the city’s green light.
