7900 SHELBYVILLE RD mechanical refrigeration permit for walk-in cooler/freezer
Shake Shack is installing a customer‑provided walk‑in cooler and freezer at 7900 Shelbyville Rd, with KLM Mechanical Services Inc. set to provide and install the refrigeration equipment, lines and associated controls, including two compressors. Owner WMB 2 LLC is listed on the permit, the project is estimated at $25,000, and the record notes a roofing contractor must seal roof penetrations while the customer arranges electrical circuits for the new equipment.
