Patel Brothers is getting a chilly upgrade at 1850 S Hurstbourne Pkwy, Unit 134 — the work is for owner Hunnington Place LP with HVAC contractor Timothy Ramont of Hussmann listed on the permit. The mechanical refrigeration project, estimated at $3.2 million, covers 23 new refrigerated display cases, four evaporator coils, two new Proto Aire compressor units (bringing the system to five compressors), a walk-in, and new refrigeration piping.
