A new 116-space parking lot is coming to 6902 Oak Rock Dr for the apartment complex Hagan Properties is building.
It’s set to include 5 ADA spaces, plus landscaping and lighting, and the price tag is somewhere around $180,000.
The city signed off on it September 17, so this piece of the project is officially in the works.
