4401 Breckenridge Ln Parking Lot Building Permit Submitted
Lichtefeld Inc is the licensed contractor for a new parking lot being built for Ninth & O Baptist Church of Lou at 4401 Breckenridge Ln. The project will add 382 new spaces with landscaping and lighting, is estimated at $900,000, and the city says no certificate of occupancy will be issued until a Kentucky landscape architect verifies and certifies the plantings.
