13133 AIKEN RD Parking Lot Permit submitted

Stansteel is converting about 8,100 sq ft of an existing warehouse at 13133 Aiken Rd into offices, conference rooms, bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a workshop area for equipment construction. A parking lot permit has been submitted for the project, owned by JMFA1 LLC with Commonwealth Remodeling LLC as the contractor, and the work is estimated at $608,000.
