3055 Shadeswood Ave submitted Fire Suppression System permit
Dalmatian Fire is slated to install the fire suppression system — including a fire pump — for the new warehouse at 3055 Shadeswood Ave for owner C5 Centerport 2 LLC. The sprinkler-only system is being designed to NFPA 13 standards with nine separate systems and about 3,316 units, and the work carries an estimated cost of $826,800 after city water flow testing confirmed the needed pressure and flow.
