960 Baxter Ave Building Permit Filed for Fire Suppression System
Sentinel Fire Protection has applied to install a fire suppression (standpipe-only) system at 960 Baxter Ave for owner Shamlight LLC, listed as an alteration with a project value estimated at $52,000. The system will serve 13 units and is being designed to NFPA 13R standards; a Louisville Water Co. test on March 28, 2026 showed about 180 gpm demand with healthy pressures, so the water supply looks up to the task.
