201 E Main St Armour Carlysle Lofts to install wet fire sprinkler on 4 floors

Brown Sprinkler Corporation will install a new wet fire sprinkler system at 201 E Main St for Armour Carlysle Lofts, owned by Armour & Co Lofts QOZB LLC, covering all four newly renovated floors and serving about 355 units. The project (estimated at $1,000) includes a small antifreeze loop for the third-level center stairwell, uses plastic and steel piping, is classified light hazard, and will be installed to NFPA 13 (2013); alarms and monitoring will be provided by others.
