5520 Fern Valley Rd 108 Fire suppression system modification per NFPA 13
Silco Fire & Security is updating the fire suppression system at 5520 Fern Valley Rd, Unit 108 for owner Fern Valley Center LLC. The contractor will remove existing upright sprinklers, add pendant heads in new ceiling areas and rework 23 sprinkler heads to meet NFPA 13 standards, with a test certificate to be provided at the final inspection.
