6770 DIXIE HWY Building permit issued for fire suppression system
Brown Sprinkler Corporation will install a building-wide fire suppression system at 6770 Dixie Hwy for owner Pleasure Ridge Park Fire Protection. The project, estimated at $100,000, uses one wet riser to protect the entire building, with steel pipe in exposed areas and CPVC above ceilings, all designed to NFPA 13 (2013) standards. The permit has been issued for a sprinkler-only system (215 units), so crews should be working from approved plans and recent water-flow test data.
