Scott A Huber of RTF Fire Protection has submitted a fire suppression permit to install in-rack fire protection for UPS racks at 6204 New Cut Rd. The project for owner New Cut Center II LLC is an alteration estimated at $135,000 and calls for a sprinkler-only system designed to NFPA 13 standards (about 1,392 units) fed by the building’s fire pump to meet high pressure and flow demands.
