6711 SYCAMORE BEND TRCE Fireplace permit issued
Superior Builders Inc has an issued fireplace permit to install a gas fireplace at 6711 Sycamore Bend Trce. The project lists one gas unit (no solid-fuel units) with an estimated cost of $1,000 for a straightforward "fireplace install." Sounds like a modest single-unit addition rather than a major remodel.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
