11202 WATERVIEW PL mechanical permit issued for fireplace installation
Rives Robert Charles IV has an issued fireplace permit to install a gas fireplace at 11202 Waterview Pl. The record shows one gas unit (no solid fuel units) with an estimated cost of $1,000, so it looks like a straightforward single-unit install to add a cozy heat source.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
