4633 Southcliff Ave Fence Permit issued for Dumpster Enclosure - Phase 1

Southcliff Properties LP is installing a masonry dumpster enclosure for Phase 1 of Southcliff Apartments at 4633 Southcliff Ave — a 39-by-16 enclosure (about 624 sq ft) with roughly a 9.3-foot-high masonry fence. The $40,000 project already has planning, design, transportation, MSD, and landscaping approvals and is part of a larger Phase 1 build that still needs separate permits for the mail kiosk, other dumpsters, and the parking lot.
