A fire alarm upgrade is planned at Glenview Condos on 5100 US Hwy 42
Glenview Condos at 5100 US Highway 42 is in line for a fire detection upgrade, and the old system is getting a one-for-one swap. That’s a pretty serious tune-up for a 344,370-square-foot place.
The work is tagged at somewhere around $114,900, with heat, manual, tamper, water flow, and smoke detectors all part of the plan. It’s still in the works, so this one’s not a done deal yet.

The city has not published a date for when this began.
