200 Juneau Dr Building Permit filed for fire alarm system
Juneau Square Storage has submitted a permit to install a new addressable fire alarm system at 200 Juneau Drive. Estimated at $22,000, the upgrade includes a Silent Knight 6820 control panel, smoke detectors, manual pull stations, sprinkler/water-flow and tamper monitoring, horn-and-strobe notification appliances, a front-door lobby annunciator, battery backup, and dual-path cellular central-station monitoring to get alerts out quickly.
