7711 Beulah Church Rd Building Permit for Sprinkler Monitor Panel Addition
Teamsters Local Union 783 is adding a sprinkler monitor panel at 7711 Beulah Church Rd as part of a fire-detection upgrade. Simplex Grinnell LP is the licensed contractor on the job for an NFPA 72–designed system covering about 2,000 sq ft with one zone, manual and water-flow initiating devices, horn and visual alarms, and an annunciator in the main area — the project is estimated at $8,657.
