Cedar Grove Commons is having Capital Technologies install an addressable fire alarm system for Townhouse Building 15 at 11702 Longevity Ln, a roughly 7,126 sq ft building, with the project estimated at $10,000. The remote-station‑supervised system will monitor the fire sprinkler system and notify occupants using smoke detectors, manual pulls, water‑flow and tamper switches across four zones with horn and visual notification; work will follow 2015 IBC / 2018 KBC and NFPA 72, and a test certificate is required at final inspection.
