Capital Technologies, led by licensed professional Christopher French, is installing an addressable fire alarm system at 11710 Longevity Ln for owner Cedar Grove Commons’ Townhouse Building 14. The project, estimated at $10,000, will supervise the fire sprinkler system, provide horn-and-visual occupant notification, be monitored by a remote station to meet 2015 IBC / 2018 KBC and NFPA 72 standards, and a test certificate will be provided at final inspection.
