Sunshine Shelby Station Development is moving ahead with a fire alarm permit and sprinkler-system monitoring for 605 Valhalla Park Pl, Unit 101. Licensed pro Brad Cuprik of Vector Security will oversee an NFPA 72–compliant system for the 10,612 sq ft space — three zones with remote-station monitoring and battery backup, an annunciator on the panel, horns and visual signals, plus smoke detectors, manual pulls, water-flow and tamper switches — with the project estimated at $2,700.
