6605 Winding Stream Drive building permit for addressable fire alarm system

Capital Technologies is installing an addressable fire alarm system at 6605 Winding Stream Dr for Cedar Grove Commons Apartment Building 8, a three-story, 33,024-sq-ft complex. The $31,000 project will supervise the building’s fire sprinkler system, provide occupant notification with horns and visual devices, use smoke detectors/manual stations/water-flow and tamper switches across four zones, and be remotely supervised per NFPA 72 and local codes. A test certificate will be provided to the inspector at final inspection.
